In response to the growing concerns with antimicrobial resistance (AMR), particularly for the developing world, GHIG continues to collaborate with the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine (LSHTM) and partners on various prublications and eduational materials that address diagnostic innovations needed to combat AMR:

  • Through the FutureLearn platform, GHIG supported LSHTM and key opinion leaders and experts to produced a massive online open course (MOOCs).
  • The GHIG educational platform, Global Health Continuing Professional Development (GHCPD), launched a free access 3-week e-learning course to address basic principles and applications of microbiology laboratory techniques for AMR.
